Contacting us online or via the app is free of charge, while phone support is subject to a fee (€0.98/min + local network charge).

Please note that our road service is available only when there is need for immediate vehicle-related assistance. Such cases include crashes, towing, and tire damage.
Roadside assistance cannot help you with billing matters, complaints, or other situations that require customer service. You can contact roadside assistance only during your reservation via the 24Rent app or the m.24Rent.fi website.

After completing your reservation, please remember to carefully read the booking confirmation sent to your email. It contains important instructions for completing your reservation.
The vehicle is picked up and returned independently via the 24Rent app or the m.24Rent.fi-website.
